What is Pyrolysis?

Pyrolysis is self-cleaning sistem for ovens. The oven is heated to 500 °C and in 1 to 3 hour cycle  (depending on the duration of the program) it burns food residues on the walls of the oven. After pyrolysis all you are left to do is to clean the dust on the bottom.

Before the start of pyrolysis it is neccessary to remove all trays and bars.

Pyrolysis is efficient and enviromantal friendly, since it does not need to use toxic chemicals to clean the oven. It does uses quite a lot of electicity celaning cycle. Better ovens also have a catalytic elements that catches unpleasant oudors that form durring pyrolysis cycle. Better models also allows you to choose the duration of pyrolysis.
